Don't we deserve better?
Lets look at what Can'talyst has done for us over the past three years
<--- Up to one years worth of overgrowth on a lot next to where Rhonda was living at the time.

Two years after hurricane Ian our Park at White Pelican still looks like this. We had an opportunity to have it fixed far below market value as I volunteered to get with Bill Casey who has the fill dirt and I have the dozer to fill it in. Instead we spent thousands on unneeded attorney fees and almost spent 35K for new entrance signs we didn't need.
Time stamped photo of broken locks in Oct 22 As of writing this today I still struggle to get in and out of some gates. Despite promises to hand out keys to our new locks that were purchased many months ago. We are still dealing with the broken locks. No representative from Catalyst has been here in at least 6 months to hand out the keys that they are in possession of in Tx. Of course many lots are overgrown again, and now neighbors are reporting neighbors for violations that Catalyst should be finding. When I first sent notification of the broken locks, they could have been replaced under a partial warrenty they were under. Instead we spent money to replace them with inferior locks, that I am willing to guess the keys can be duplicated at home depot. Then freely handed out to all the fishing buddies like they did with the combination locks.
This is a picture of my clients lot taken by Cantalys three days after I mowed it. Many of my clients like this one were issued non compliance letters for "uncut" lots. All the meanwhile lots like the one at the top of the page received no notification for almost a year. Needless to say I lost many clients as a result of these unfounded letters. When some of my clients fought back, Catalyst altered court documents to justify their actions. Our governing documents are recorded at the clerks office. As a community we can only inforce what is in those documents. In our recorded bylaws it states a lot shall not become "Unsightly" Catalyst printed that out and change the word unsightly to a definative "shall not exceed 10 inches" Even with this changed verbage, this lot was not over 10" and should not have received a notice.
After Hurricane Ian I offered to help in many ways. One way I offered to help was to replace the fence panels for FREE. All I needed were 4 additional panels to replace the broken or missing ones. I gave up beggin for those panels 1 yr later. We ended up paying someone to fix it, and they are blown out again. The original blown out panels were just left on the ground and are still there today. Why did we pay to replace panels that were already there?
I have been mowing the same schedule for 18 years. I personally handed Rhonda my mowing schedule. I mow by the 15th of the month in the winter and 2x a month in the Summer by the 7th and 20th. While I was actually on my tractor mowing, (prior to the reqired finish date) Rhoda bothers me with this rediculous complaint. Part of the cul-de-sac I mowed with my personal riding mower so It would be trimmed out by the gate. The next day (13th) I finished with my new tractor.
I deliberately edited out their name and phone number to the right. This couple had real concerns, but they were misplaced toward me. They had an overgrown lot at the end of their street that they thought I mowed. (I did not) They also had a messy ditch across from their home that I can not mow due to the fact it is classified as enviro senative by SWFTMD They were just led to believe I was doing a bad job instead of given the actual facts. BTW yes Catalyst forwarded me this private text
This is an email from LRP board members to The Head of Catalyst prior to hiring them. (Dec 2020) The concern was: how will they govern us if they move to TX? At the time she claimed she was moving into a building in Tampa and will be living with a homeowner on site. Therefore we would get extra time free survailance. No representative I know of has been here in over six months. Hence the overgrown lots and inability to hand out new keys.
